InDesign storyboard template for advertising presentations

This Adobe InDesign storyboard template is a classic.

IDML (InDesign Markup) format is compatible with all InDesign versions from CS4 to the current Creative Cloud InDesign 2023.

This 30 pages storyboard template is set on Din A4 vertical (portrait) sheets, ready to use for print or screen presentations. This template lets you number your frames and write your script alongside your pictures (1.85:1 aspect ratio).

All you need to do is adding your content. Fill in the title page, add your credit and client details, replace the logo with your own. The body copy is Avenir Book 10pt with 12 points leading. Write your notes in the Text layer, drop your pictures in the Images layer. You can show or hide the locked Rule of Thirds layer guides to help you reframe your compositions.

To edit the footer, use the A-Master. Please note that you’ll need the Avenir font license to use this template. The template also has a dark mode. Look for the pages where the B-Darkmode applies.

The subdivision number for the document grid is quite high. For clarity, you can always hide the baseline grid and the document grid. (View > Grids & Guides > Show Baseline Grid & Hide Baseline Grid) or use Preview mode.
